Mayor Declares Jonesboro Wet

On March 12th, 2019 during their regularly held Meeting, the Town of Jonesboro's Board of Aldermen adopted Ordinance 2019 - 001, which allows for licensed vendors to sell alcoholic beverages within the Town's limits on Sundays during the same hours as all other days of the week.

During the Board of Aldermen's regularly held Meeting on April 9th, 2019, Mayor Leslie C. Thompson announced that Town is officially wet, and there are no restrictions pertaining to high or low alcohol content being sold within the Town's limits.

Whatever content of alcohol that a vendor's State Liqour License allows them to sell can also be applied for from the Town of Jonesboro.
