Residential In Town - $16 monthly (2000 gallons included, $4.50 per 1,000 gal after)

Residential Out of Town - $24 monthly (2000 gallons included, $5 per 1,000 gal after)

Commercial In - $20 monthly (2000 gallons included, $4.50 per 1,000 gal after)

Commercial Out - $30 monthly (2000 gallons included, $5 per 1,000 gal after)

New Meter Installments - $500 for 3/4"x5/8" meter, cost of meter for larger meters

Water Deposits

Residential (owner) - $80

Residential (renter) - $125

Commercial - $150

Water Waste

Residential In - $9 monthly (2000 gallons inlcuded, $2 per 1000 gal after)

Residental Out - $11 monthly (2000 gallons included, 2.25 per 1000 gal after)

Commercial In - $16 monthly (2000 gallons included, 2.25 per 1000 gal after)

Commercial Out - $20 monthly (2000 gallons included, 2.20 per 1000 gal after)

New Sewer Tap Installment - actual cost of sewer tap

Fees

Safe Water Drinking Fee - $3 (This fee appears on water bills on a quarterly basis to fund the chemicals used to purify the drinking water.)

Reconnection - $30

After Hours Reconnection - $35

Moving Fee - $20

Connect/Disconnect - $10

NSF Check - $25

Late Fee - $30

Important Dates

Bills are sent out the second business day of every month. Bills are due on the 15th of each month. After the 15th, a late fee is automatically assessed onto the account. After the 25th, water is turned off, and the account is assessed a reconnection fee to have water turned back on. For more information, contact Town Hall.

If a date falls on a weekend or holiday, the bill is due or the fee is assessed the following business day.

If you wish to report an problem with the water, contact Public Works. If you have a problem with your statement, contact Town Hall.
