NOTICE: ALL agendas are subject to change, pending adoption by the Board of Aldermen or respective commission. Agendas that are amended will not be updated here. Changes to agendas can be found in the respective meeting's minutes.

PUBLIC COMMENT POLICY

All items on agendas are open to public comment whith the exception of items listed as "Introductions." Interested parties who would like to speak on a particular item must complete a "Town Hall Meeting Public Comment Card." Once an item is open to discussion, the Mayor will call the name of the individual and the individual will be allotted three (3) minutes to speak, if they choose. Public comments shall be considered a part of the public record.

REQUESTS TO BE PLACED ON AGENDA

Any individual or party may be placed on a meeting agenda upon request. Requests must be made in writing eleven (11) actual days (or, two Fridays before the meeting) by 3:00 p.m. prior to the meeting. Requests can be submitted in-person or by email to nick@jonesborola.org.
